Indeed. Also, as the error re-occures with other tables, there seems
to be a problem somewhere else. Maybe you can check the HTML output for
nested tables?

They are, although not recommended.

This example compiles fine here with Docutils' rst2html as well as
rst2latex (and subsequently pdflatex, to get a PDF).
