Hello Niklas, We have a set of custom scripts that allow us to translate screenshots on the fly also using the figure directive. We don't need to specify the files that need to be substituted with in a substitution file. As long as the file name is not changed, the build process will pick up the "translated" images from a specific directory along with the text translation. All scripts should be available at https://git.mahara.org/user-manual/manual-packaging
If there is a more elegant way of doing it, I'd be interested in hearing about it. The substitution info from Typo 3 wouldn't really work for our project as we already have over 400 screenshots and at least 3 different languages.
