- My customclass wasn't the problem (it was just a copy of the spinxmanual
class with a slightly modified title. Now it crashes on \sphinxtmakeitle .
Which would maybe indicate that other 'built-in' strings cause the issue as
well.
- Using sphinx 2.1.2
- Building on Windows using MikTeX 2.9 (pdf latex version: *This is pdfTeX,
Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.20 (MiKTeX 2.9.7000 64-bit*)
- the rst file is english; using sphinx-intl that fetches greek locale to
build

I'll try to isolate the problem a bit more in a separate project.
