Hi, Enabling gettext_compact option will combine translations on same directory into single .pot file. It does not support to combine whole of project to single one. But it will help you.
Note: The pot file on sphinx repo is a message catalog for Sphinx itself. It is used to translate messages on console, templates and so on.
