Due to spice-protocol 0.14.0 release, we need to roll a spice-gtk release to make a spice-common compatible with 0.14.0 one. That is, 0.36 and prior has the build breaking with spice-protocol 0.14.0. I've made README and CHANGELOG .md files like other components I've released recently. Suggestions welcomed. If nothing, I hope to make the release Tomorrow or Thursday.
