right now spice have 3 diffrent repositorys:
spice
qxl
vdesktop

inside the spice repository you can find common directory (spice/commom),
the files in that directory need to be inside your build machine at a directory
that the enviorment varible SPICE_COMMON_DIR point to.
So for example if you copy the common dir to c:\spice_common\

you will set the enviorment varible to be:
Varible name: SPICE_COMMON_DIR
Varible value: c:\spice_common\
