I have the compressor your talking about.  It works fine for me for any of
the work you listed.  It's kind of loud and runs a lot if you use an angle
grinder or air ratchet for an extend time period. I would recommend it if
you only have 120 volt.  If you have 240 volt I would go with a 60 gallon
upright.
