If you don't want to take the vertical links apart and clean them up (a long, 
tedious job) for 90wt, just pump new grease in till it comes out clean!  
Grease works fine, renew every oil change.

Of course, check that the uprights are straight and the trunion bushings snug 
and not worn.  If you take them apart be sure to use a never-sieze all over 
the bushing and bolt when reassembling!
