My 'new' and exciting 71 spit has only lap belts. If I got in a head-on collision, the edge of the windshield would slice off the top of my head.
Ugh. I want to put new belts with shoulder belts. I saw the bolts for shoulder belts on inside of the rear fenders and the lap belts say they were made in California, so I think a previous owner had to replace the belts and went with just lap belts. I see Moss has them for $99 each and Victoria British has them for $79 each. Any comments or suggestions on where to purchase and advice on how to install (other than just bolting them down)? Thanks.
