Jeff, In the UK at least (and I'm sure the even-more safety-regulated US must be the same) it is illegal to sell seat-belts that are not up to the latest safety standards, even if they are for an old car. Therefore I would be entirely happy to buy seat-belts from pretty much anywhere other than a car boot sale, so just go for the cheapest.
Make sure the mounting points on the car have good solid metal. They may be the weakest link in the system...
