tirerack.com is hard to beat for ordering tires.  Price is good,
knowledge is excellent.

In the size you're specifying, you're not going to find much
excitement.  Drop down to 60 series tire that will still fit the stock
rims, and you get into things like the Yokohama AVS Intermediate, which
is a dandy tire (I've got them on one of my cars).  You could run the
A032R, but for street use, it's a bit overkill.  The Kumho Victoracer
V700 has a strong following of fanatics.  It's a bit wide for normal
Spitfire wheels though with a minimum rim width recommendation of 5.5
inches.

Im getting ready for my annual state Inspection, Tire tread is kind of
on the weak side, Im  planning on getting some P175/70R13  Tires, but
need some advise on what a good tire, Im looking for better handling,
(daily driver) as
