As I sit here in the midwest contemplating the heat of the summer and the GT6 that hopefully I will be redoing soon. I find myself pondering the possibilities of adding air conditioning to the GT6. Has anyone on the list added air conditioning to their GT6? I saw part of an article about someone adding air conditioning to a TR6, but I no longer have the web address and many of the problems would be different.
Years ago, I saw an article in a car magazine that described putting air conditioning in a Midget. It described the type of air conditioner to find in a junk yard that matched the characteristics of the engine (as I recall the normal rpm range). Of course I no longer have the magazine or remember which one it was. I had thought it was "British Cars" , but I found the article they had about Midgets and air conditioning and it didn't go into as much detail. Anyway, has any one accomplished putting ac on a GT6 and if so how?
