For those following my restoration, and patiently awaiting news... At 0200Z(10PM Eastern/local time) my Herald sprang off the last jackstand and settled sideways onto her own 4 wheels for the first time in somewhere just over a year. Now sporting beautiful red paint, white wheels and a reasonably brand new set of skins, she is awaiting her powerplant and tranny, as well as electrical and her interior appointments. The hardura boot mat was test fitted for the first time this evening, as well as the firewall insulation and cards were installed. Windshield will be installed shortly, following some more glass cleanup, and the hood will follow, last. I anticipate a true finish date within the next two weeks.
