Hi Jeff, I'm not saying you should use this on your O/D but the one I bought rebuilt from Quantum Mechanics recommends putting straight 30W non-detergent oil in the O/D tranny. He feels the 80/90 weight is too heavy for the O/D to work properly. Of course mine a single rail I believe, for a 1978 Spit.
