Hi there, I have just put a new rear end in after thrashing my old one over some
simple loose nuts = / live and learn. before the rear end let go, I was having trouble
with the clutch on the release/upward motion of the pedal. It would hit what felt like
sticky spots, and it would force the clutch to pop in a typical new driver fashion...
I thought it may have something to do with the rear end after it broke, and decided
not to worry till I got the new rear end in... and of course... it's still happening.
Many have thought it was a sticking clutch plate, but I've been told that behaves
differently... My problem is fine until the car warms up and then it acts up... the
clutch pedal even will ocassionally freeze in the upright position, though i haven't
had that since the new rear end, however admitably have not driven it enough to find
out. Any Ideas here? I need as much feedback as possible since I'm trying to get this
car over the mountains in the next few days, and would lo
ve to do it with out the extra worry.

thanks as always, Todd the quickly learning his car from front to back, and
everything inbetween guy ;)
