-----Original Message----- From: Todd Bermudez <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Anyone know what the suffix would be on a Right Hand Drive GT6? I'm looking at a car that's a RHD. The commission number ends in LO (o-overdrive). I've always been under the impression that cars ending with an "L" that it would be left hand drive, but can't really find any documentation for GT6s. Looking at the photos of the car, it appears that the commission plate has been removed & reattached for paint. Of course it could be a case of commission plate transplant...don't mind so much, but I am curious.
==AM== Todd, there was no suffix letter for RH steering cars (except those with factory overdrive would've had a final "O"). So either the car has been converted from LH to RH steering, or someone has swapped commission number plates. --Andy Mace *Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet? *Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er, Triumph Herald engine with wings. -- Cut-price Airlines Sketch, Monty Python's Flying Circus (22) Check out the North American Triumph Sports 6 (Vitesse 6) and Triumph Herald Database at its new URL: <http://triumph-herald.us> _______________________________________________ Support Team.Net http://www.team.net/donate.html [email protected] http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo/spitfires http://www.team.net/archive
