I assume that you are referring to the two padded bars located at the bottom of the two parcel trays from the center console to the A-Pillars.
1. The "crash bar" is installed with the widest part on the bottom. 2. The parcel tray is set on top of the crash bar's longest leg and is attached with rivets. 3. The "crash bar" fits attaches to the middle support bracket with a pair of short bolts and nuts. I'm not sure from the top or the bottom, but I think either would do. There is a small "L" shaped support bracket bolted to the A-Pillar that the "crash bar" sits upon (also bolted to the "crash bar at the sides). 4. The two crash bars are identical. I'll send some pictures this afternoon.
