many thanks to the folks who pointed me in the right direction!
heated it twice with a propane torch, used a heavier "punch" and it came
right out. used some washers and pulled the replacement right back in.
but now I have another problem - seems I discarded the lug nut and the ones
a
friend gave me are very different and don't even fit through the hubcap.
does anyone have one or two of these they'd be willing to sell?
