yeah you got it, and i was aware of the steel part. I'm just too lazy to write. so what conditions would the stainless corrode? are we talking salty roads? what comes stock on the car?
it would be ok for salty roads, it is mostly effected by heat. the 91-92 headers are stainless steel and look at how those look. There are different types of stainless also. I'm not sure what the cars come with, but i'm sure it varies by manufacturer.
