The suspension is *not* externally adjustable,and the shocks must be removed and dissasembled to adjust them... not a favorable autoX or track setup by any means.

First of all Progress should not even be mentioned with Arospeed and Ground Control...the Progress is a 100% full blown coilover system with fully adjustable struts and all.  If I were you I would check into them.  I know there is one or two guys on www.extremesaturn.com that have the Progress coilover setup.  Personally I have heard nothing but raves about the Progress setup.  The only problem is that I can't afford a set for myself...they will run you about $1400 or so.

I have heard the names Progress, Arospeed, and Ground Zero (I think) Coil-Over setups but don't know anyone who has actually installed and used them in a race environment.
