just as a side note...VW VR6's have a coolant line running to the t.b. and on dyno runs a McGyvered up bypass yeilded only 1hp.....so let's see going from 172 to 173 wheel hp....gee doesn't come anywhere near 5-10hp....plus the vr6 is a 2.8l. plus, most vr6's run pretty crummy until they are warmed up....so......
