I'm considering replacing my current spring/strut
assemblies, as they seem a bit "tired". My current
setup is Eibach Pro-kit Springs with KYB GR-2 Struts.
I'm trying to decide whether to replace them with
brand new versions of the same, or to change over to
H&R Sport Springs. 

So, any opinions of how the Eibachs and H&Rs compare,
pros/cons of each would be helpful. Also, will KYB
GR-2's provide sufficient damping for the H&R Sports,
or will I need to advance to a set of Carreras or
similar?

The car is a daily driver (though ride comfort is not
a huge issue) that is also used for autocross (STS)
and track events.
