The MAP sensor is the one in the intake, the one in your exhaust manifold is your first O2 sensor, your second O2 sensor, (also referred to as the heated O2 sensor) is right behind your cat. It is possible that it could have been damaged but I don't think that's very likely. You will want to check that the wire harness is plugged in to it snugly and that there is not a cut in the wire.
