Keep in mind comparing boost levels is not something to really do....at 9psi I have heard making the power usable in a 2500lb car is almost impossible, not to mention if you did things like the tranny and axles become maintenance items :). Many of the 20psi cars have alot of extra axles, and other parts on hand.
I would imagine at that boost level something like 350hp at the wheels basically 3x the original power. For that you would want not only the engine compression lowered to 8 or below but everything heat coated. I would also have someone go through the tranny and use anything hardened possible off GM's part shelf and heat coat everything possible there too. Good Luck Chris --- ...
