Aftermarket parts themselves are not covered, obviously. Other parts are
still covered.

  For example if you install an aftermarket intake and the alternator dies
then the alternator would still be covered.

  If you install Aftermarket springs and one of your stock struts starts to
leak then it is possible that they won't cover the strut. You really
shouldn't install stiffer springs with stock struts anyway but that�s
another discussion.

   Basically simple bolt on items should not effect warranty status of other
stock parts.
