Alison, The only one I'm sure of is the stereo/climate control cluster... there are two plastic thingies (thingy is a very technical term, I know) on either side that hold it on. What you need to do is press in the plastic pin in the center of the thingy, then you can pull the thingy out. Saturn seems to love these thingies, they're all over the car...
