No catchy phrases, all strings of phonetic letters.  The second broadcast
said "28 characters", then did 2 sets of 14 characters each.  I think there
were three sets (I haven't listened closely to the second broadcast
recording yet.)  Ended with "out".

No catchy phrases, like "The lakes are connected in Madison" or something
similar to some of the "pirate" broadcasts lately.
