I think Ary is right, it is a lot like an EAM but there are a couple
of things I dont like about that explanation.

1) The frequency. EAMs dont usually go out on 6840 do they? Since when
was this a US Mil frequency?

2) At one point the YL says "This is -muffled- -muffled-" Can;t make
out exactly what she is saying but does not sound like a typical
station we expect with an EAM.

on the other hand the following make it seem like an EAM

1) YL uses the "I say again" phrase to repeat the coded message, very EAM

2) YL is reading a mix of alphanumeric characters - also very much like an EAM.

Finally, the characters as they are read appear to be "read" to me.
It's not a computerised voice repeating characters with the exact same
pronounciation. Every character is read uniquely. Thats my impression
anyway.
