The thought of someone having recorded an EAM and rebroadcast it in AM on this frequency (where there have been quite a few weird things broadcast) occurs to me after reading these entries. A sort of "pirate". Maybe someone's idea of a joke to get a bunch of numbers monitors scratching their heads. Thanks for the opinions, I've never heard an EAM before, I'll go looking for a recording on WUN or similar sites. BTW, I've had a radio glued to 6840 AM with a recorder running while I was at a concert last night. All I heard was what probably was an E 10 on USB (too distorted to tell, but what sounded like a call up, then groups of 5) between 0045 - 0230. Nothing tonight except some digital bursts about 0055 and now (0148).
