On 17478 at 1600Z and 17436 at 1700Z the Cubans again today used some
strange digital signal in place of the V2a voice. I first noticed
this on 7 Sept and now again today. The signal is some sort of 8
channel signal, has starting & stopping tones & appears to be fairly
high-speed. The signal repeated after several minutes of dead air,
and after about two repeats the carrier went off.
