This follows the transmission of a text file in Ham-DRM. Received and
stored a few packets, haven't looked at them yet.
Freq is 17436 USB and down for tuning, source is Cuban numbers.

On 17478 at 1600Z and 17436 at 1700Z the Cubans again today used some
strange digital signal in place of the V2a voice. I first noticed this
on 7 Sept and now again today. The signal is some sort of 8 channel
signal, has starting & stopping tones & appears to be fairly high-speed.
The signal repeated after several minutes of dead air, and after
about two repeats the carrier went off.
