I was alerted tonight by a friend that the Russian channel marker at 3240 kHz, known as "Fazan-37," seemed to be malfunctioning. In the video I recorded (link provided below), I first show an example of the normal signal sound via the audio sample provided by the Priyom website. Then, I switched over to the sound of the signal as it has been transmitting this evening for the past several hours. (UTC time and date can be seen in the clock widget running at the top right of the screen. The video is short, but I monitored the signal for about two hours).
