It has been brought to my attention that the "Possible New Channel Marker" signal I emailed about earlier is in fact the "T Marker" signal as noted/named by the folks over at Priyom: http://priyom.org/military-stations/russia/t-marker It pays to do a bit of research first before getting excited about things one hears on the airwaves.
