Ah, I forgot to mention this -- yet one more reason to use Fuji
mailers instead of a local E6 lab.  Fuji processed slides are
mounted in CARDBOARD mounts, very similar to those used by A&I
(though I CAN get Fuji mounted slides to focus, whereas I cannot
with A&I mounted slides -- go figure).  The only downside to either
Fuji or A&I mounts is that damned date stamp at the top of the slide
-- really hard to write over, as it is embossed into the cardboard. 
I will hand it to Kodak, they DO have the best mounts made, WHEN
they actually manage to mount the slides in them properly.  As you 
all know, most local E6 labs use plastic mounts, which pretty much 
suck in all respects.
