Generally, I've found that if the film is exposed accurately, and if the film is processed properly, that the color saturation and contrast of Professional versions of K25 and K64 are noticeably better than regular 25 or 64. Due mostly, I believe, to the fact that ProK25 and ProK64 are optimally aged. I have seen a bad lab make K64 slightly greenish, and another lab has make K25 slightly too blueish. Choose your labs carefully. I use the pro K25 all the time - I like it very well for full-sun blue sky shots.
