Being a devoted non-professional rail (and other stuff) photographer, I'm more a listener than participator here, but I thoroughly enjoy and benefit from all (well, most) of the ideas and info flying back and forth. The SPORRS homepage is great, and Dave is certainly due the kudos he receives for the time and effort he puts into it.
I totally agree with Dave's and others' stand on copyright infringement, and that Mr. Gardner's lack of ethical behavior makes him inelligible for membership in SPORRS. If his intentions were honorable, Dave's initial helpful message to him should not have caused the response that it did. So he's young--ignorance and bad behavior are two different things--we all had to learn the rules sometime, and his age shouldn't be accepted as an excuse for a rotten attitude. Thanks Dave, and all the rest of you supportive guys (generic term)--I'm with you 100% on this one!
