Ok my two cents worth...My first thought is, unless he is making money off the pictures, wha's the big deal, My thinking with my website is that the pictures are there for all railfans to enjoy...and I still feel that way...however there is an exception to the rule, and that being altering of the pictures to remove a Copyright...Here Mr. Gardner has crossed a Line...and that needs to be addressed legally, it is one thing to re-post the picture....But I say quite another to alter the picture...I wasn't going to check his site for any of my pictures, but with alterations now being done...I will take the time and climb aboard the train...so to speak..
