Now that's a deliberate act people.  And the odd thing is, even if Rick
didn't crop it, or he just downloaded it or was sent it from someone else,
he has still been caught with the stolen goods.  He should remove the
images immediately without question.

You know what would really be considered blowing this issue out of
proportion?  If we all checked each other's web sites for other people's
images that we don't have permission from to display.  And you know if you
did, you might find one somewhere, but nothing I have seen so far compares
to what this Rick Gardner did with 10,000 images.  And he did it on
purpose, with intent to disguise his intentions.  Now what part of that
don't some of you understand?

And I have to wonder if the people that don't think Rick Gardner is doing
anything wrong, aren't doing it to some degree too.  That would explain
their outlook.  To hard not to overlook that possibility.
