Greetings, all. In late January, 1998, The American Society of Media Photographers ended its dispute with Kodak, with Kodak acceding to some of its demands on copyright law and its use of staff photographers in its area.
5,000 members had "severed" its relationship in November, 1997, but are now reconciled. Kodak agreed to work with ASMP on big effort to make copyright easier for photographers to claim. The above is a brief outline of a news article. Thought it might be interesting to Sporrs' professional members.
