I'll nominate Richmondville Hill in central New York state. Located about 30 miles west of Albany NY, this is the former Delaware & Hudson main line heading west to Binghamton NY, now operated by CP Rail's St Lawrence & Hudson subsidiary.
Access from NY Route 7; views across farms in Warnerville (nice barn; animals frequently out to pasture); S curve on outskirts of Richmondville village; Rte 7 overhead bridge at summit; iron bridge just past summit. Generally just 2 daylight trains (1 each direction), but MofW always seems to be out working, and must be contacted by radio to clear up, giving some indication of what's coming and when. Westward train speed drops to about 20mph on the climb, from normal 60mph. Train power usually a mix including CP action red, CP yellow (former GATX leasers), CP Rail System (Dual flags), SL&H, NS, NYSW, Helm leasers.
