Yes, and I have problems maintaining this list and associating slides with phantom addresses because of it. I have previously requested that each of you that has not already done so to include your name in your posts, and setting your mailer to show your name on a reply instead of your E-mail address in the same space is the best way to do this. There is good news and bad news about the list address problems that we have. The good news is that all members mail and postings will soon contain the authors name, and the bad news is that in order for me to accomplish this, I am going to remove all addresses that do not correspond to a name from this list. I don't want to do this, but since my last request, only two have complied. I require that your E-mail address matches a name in my list records. I am going to make this address file swap very soon, so this may be the last notice that I give you before it changes. If any of you that have not updated your information with me want to resubscribe after this occurs, you are welcome to do so, your name will of course be required, and new instructions will be provided. Also, I am going to change all of the list mail to go back to the list, not the original author on a reply, so please keep this in mind to avoid posting personal mail to the list. This change will be for member's convenience in replying to list posts, and to try to eliminate the CC: double mails when people don't delete the original sender's address when replying to this list. A note about America Online addresses: Since you are unable to set your name in the sender/reply to field on the AOL mailer, you need to make sure that it is contained in your message (post). The easiest way to do this is to make a signature box. If anyone with AOL has more info on the AOL mailer in this regard, please forward it to me or post it to this list.
