I have had a couple of friends who owned Hasselblads and only used them
infrequently. Both complained that the leaf shutters became slow due to lack
of regular use and a build up of material on the leaves. It was a rather
expensive job to clean the lens/shutters and recalibrate them.

I have used 2 Pentax 6 x 7's for almost 16 years and am very happy with the
results and focal plane shutter speed up to 1/1000/sec. The Pentax 6 x 7 is
a superb field camera especially when used with the Pentax handle. Granted
the lack of interchangable backs and slow 1/30 sec synch for flash would have
disadvantages for use as a studio camera.
