In order to increase or decrease the contrast of b&w Panalure prints from
color negs, just adjust your paper exposure and print developing times. 
Underexpose the paper and go for longer development (about 1-1/2 to 2-1/2
minutes) for more contrast, or overexpose the paper a little and develop
the print for a minute or so for less contrast. 


The only problem is that you have to go through the entire development
process in total darkness before you can turn on the lights and see how
the print turned out.  Use this first print as a guide, and adjust
exposure/development accordingly to get the contrast level that you need.
 This works like a charm for me.
