Sasha, I did NOT mean to imply that this discussion in the MPLS wg should wait until the SPRING wg last call, on the contrary if the answer to my question is that this a domain wide label, then it has to be brought to the MPLS wg BEFORE this is adopted as a SPRING wg document.
