# Éric Vyncke INT AD comments for
draft-ietf-spring-dhc-distribute-srv6-locator-dhcp-13 CC @evyncke

Thank you for the work put into this document. Due to lack of time, this is
only a superficial review.

Thanks to Alvaro for having forwarded the WGLC to the DHC WG. Thanks to the
authors for using rfc8415bis as the reference.

Please find below some non-blocking COMMENT points/nits (replies would be
appreciated even if only for my own education).

I hope that this review helps to improve the document,

Regards,

-éric

## COMMENTS (non-blocking)

### Use of SVG graphics

To make a much nicer HTML rendering, suggest using the aasvg too to generate
SVG graphics. It is worth a try especially if the I-D uses the Kramdown file
format ;-)

### Section 1

Please add a normative reference to DHCPv6.

### Section 3

`customer provider edge (CPE)` ? While "PE" usually "provider edge", most of
the time "CPE" means "Customer-Premises Equipment" though?

`Other devices in the network learn the SRv6 Locator routes of the CPEs` sure
but how ?

### Section 4.1

`unless values in those fields are 0` what is the guidance in this case ? The
next paragraph gives recommendations for the server but none for the client.
