Thank you for the valuable feedback shared on the mailing list. Based on the 
community’s input, we have now updated the draft accordingly.


Specifically, we have added a dedicated subsection 4.4 to explicitly describe 
the handling of multiple Segment Lists within a Candidate Path, including how 
SL exclusion impacts CP bandwidth and overall eligibility. We have also 
enhanced section 4.5 to better explain how quality metrics such as bandwidth 
and latency are collected and applied during path selection, with the aim of 
mitigating the impact of quality metrics changes.
