WIT AD comments: Thank you for the work that has been put into this document.

I do not see any transport-protocol related concerns, but I do encourage you to
look at the phrase: /SHOULD consider/ - which seems like a strange protocol
requirement (i.e., what action does this require of an implementor/configurer?).

Similarly, the document says: /can be considered as expired/ which seems
ambiguous regarding what action is neeeded. Perrhaps in this case, the document
can say /has expired/ or similar.
