Hi! The paragraph where spring is mentioned says this: "The WG is responsible for coordinating and dispatching performance measurement related work within the IETF. It specifically coordinates with other WGs such as MPLS, 6MAN, and SPRING where data plane encapsulations are specified.”
It says that BPM will *coordinate* with spring — good! :-) What does the “dispatching” part mean in this context? Thanks! Alvaro.
