We are looking at a restaurant I am unfamiliar with named Flemings. Question:
The ceiling looks like the bottom of my sons lego's! How many soffits / pockets does it take to consider a ceiling obstructed construction rather than trying to protect every small pocket? We can not omit the heads in the pockets as they are too close together. Thoughts on this one you Wise Ones?
