Since you don't care about building codes do you omit the sprinkler heads from balconies of apartments buildings in jurisdictions that have adopted the 2003 IBC because the NFPA 13R says you can? I design to NFPA-13. Don't know building codes, don't care building codes, that's for the Architect or Engineer of Record. I put a sidewall in every elevator pit with a tampered "Butterball" on the branch. If NFPA-13 says do something I do it and I don't worry about the plumbing inspector, the electrical inspector, the building inspector. I do worry about the Fire Marshall Inspector. _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://lists.firesprinkler.org/mailman/listinfo/sprinklerforum To Unsubscribe, send an email to:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Put the word unsubscribe in the subject field) _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://lists.firesprinkler.org/mailman/listinfo/sprinklerforum To Unsubscribe, send an email to:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Put the word unsubscribe in the subject field) _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://lists.firesprinkler.org/mailman/listinfo/sprinklerforum To Unsubscribe, send an email to:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Put the word unsubscribe in the subject field)
